Everyone on the street gets along (minus her). We (the street) usually plan 4th of July parties that normally carry over till the 5th (till she calls the cops). We would love for her to be gone and someone else to move into the property.

married, two kids. We don't know how he puts up with her, but he's the only source of income in that house and it seems like he spends weeks away at times.

I live in Hull but my parents live in Sandwich, I spend enough time and have enough Jeep parts here in Sandwich to claim this house as mine as well.

Yes the house is for sale, I would like to be able to walk through the back yard down to the water and not have my picture taken for trespassing on property that my parents own and said that I can walk on. It would be nice to have a conversation outside and not have others listen to it.
I'm just helping my neighbor to sell her house.
