My roommate is finally gonna help me pick up a radial arm saw that I bought from CL last weekend. I've always had a pick up truck ever since I started driving up until 3 years ago. After 17 years with a PU truck it SUCKS not to have one.

Getting a few work type things done today. Return the 4 trash cans of bottles and cans we have kicking around  and then prep for the 3 day canyons trip starting tomorrow afternoon!
From everything I have been hearing fishing has been nuts.
This is going to kick bum. B)

Putting the stereo system in the YJ today. Maybe paint up some bumpers and armor. Night fishing.

PSA: If you happen to break a bone, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen) make your bones heal slower. So if you happen to get a raging headache despite (or maybe because of) the percocet they are pumping into you, you can take Tylenol (aka acetaminophen). Now to wait and see if it works.
My plans today involve napping, lounging, sitting on my bum, and taking it easy when I absolutely can't do the other three. At least I'm reading a good book right now and have plenty of video games and Netflix to entertain myself with. To be honest I feel like I'm being lazy, even though I know that I really don't have a choice. Oh well. :P

Not a fan. <_<
In Hyannis for the weekend doing a Boston Pops gig. Drove the TJ down. Was a bit brisk on the highway this morning. I need more summer. I agree - way too fast.

Agree, grew up using one, have access to a great old Dewalt set up in one of my dads old shops, NEVER use it anymore.
Versatile yes, it CAN DO everything with all of the accessories my old man had......but also dangerous, and aggravating to use unless you use it all the time.
My portable table saw and sliding compound mitre saw are all I need anymore

I have a nice table saw and a non-sliding compound miter saw but I grew up using a radial arm saw and there are somethings that they just do better. $50 for a saw that was the top of the line when it was new plus a dado blade that looks unused seemed like a good deal to me.

Help
